Our Policies:

R&B Recruitment is a recruitment agency which specialises in the supply of HGV drivers. R&B Recruitment’s Modern Slavery policy is in place to ensure the safeguarding of all employees (including any temporary workers), that are registered with ourselves. We aim to act ethically and with integrity, in all our business relationships, in order to provide any help for our workers, if there are any cases of Modern Day Slavery.

Our Processes for Managing Risk:

Provide awareness training to staff on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and inform them of the appropriate action to take if they suspect a case of slavery or human trafficking.

We establish the identity and eligibility of the right to work in the UK of all our employees and of each candidate that we place before they begin an engagement; this information is held on file for appropriate time periods.

Identify and assess potential risk areas when considering taking on new suppliers and temporary drivers.

Review the potential for risk at regular intervals.

Continue to take action to embed a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery.
